Hi there! I’m Jen, and I’m here to offer you a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. My journey hasn’t been without its challenges, and it’s through these experiences that I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting others on their own paths—helping them navigate stress, express their emotions, and find comfort in a compassionate and understanding space.

Guided by a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help others, I provide peer support that’s grounded in real-life experience. I’ve personally navigated mental health challenges, including generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder with psychotic features, and PTSD. I’ve also experienced trauma in various forms, such as sexual abuse and other intense, life-altering events. Sharing these aspects of my journey helps me connect more deeply with those who may feel alone or misunderstood in their struggles.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult time, seeking clarity, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk with you on your journey. In addition to offering compassionate peer support, I also incorporate spiritual elements like tarot readings and intuitive guidance for those who are open to exploring these tools. My goal is to empower you to find your own strength, peace, and direction, whether through our conversations, spiritual insights, or a combination of both.

When I’m not supporting others, you’ll find me enjoying nature, biking, knitting, and finding solace in the simple joys of life. I believe that healing comes in many forms, and I’m here to help you find what works best for you.
